Finding my first home I was scared and lost , Lisa reach out to me after I did a search on Zillow. When I first met Lisa she cared about what I wanted and let me know upfront that with real estate if it’s meant to be then I’ll have it . I held on to that statement for about 2 to 3 years , that’s how long it took me to find the property that fits my budget . Lisa hang in there With me until I close on my condominium in January of 2022. Lisa showed more faith in me than I had in my self and that’s a fact . Lisa went to several showings on behalf of me in NJ ,because at the time I lived and work in NYC , whiles she had me on face time she took her time to go over every aspect of the home to ensure the home was in good standing . ! Absolutely AMAZING to work with from beginning to end. My husband and I were first time home buyers & we were super intimidated by the competitive housing market. Lisa made everything incredibly simple. She explained to us the entire process, what to expect, and all the timelines so that we were ready when we found our dream house. Lisa has a great eye for detail. On tours, she made smart suggestions for room layouts, style upgrades etc and was quick to point out any potential flaws or structural problems with the property. We had a loooot of questions and she was always there to answer them with helpful & honest responses. When we found a house we loved we thought it would be a longshot but Lisa made it happen! She was immediately ready to help us figure out a competitive offer and get it in quickly. Everyone she suggested we work with (lawyer, inspector etc) was also prompt & Lisa kept everybody on the same page so that everything ran smoothly. We got our keys & moved right in, and she even remembered to take an adorable photo of us on the move-in day so we'll always remember our first house! We really could not have done it without Lisa!!

From the first time we met Lisa, she kept in mind things that were important to us lifestyle wise and prioritized finding a location for us first. She is extremely knowledgeable about the towns we were looking at and even gave us tours of downtowns and parks since she knew how important those aspects were to us. We found the perfect location all thanks to her. She was patient and treated us like her own friends. She was honest about potential problems we might run into if we selected a certain house. She was quick with putting in offers and reaching out to other agents. She was always responsive and even waited to accept a delivery at our new house since we could not make it in time! From day 1 she made sure she explained to us the entire process and prepared us for what to expect. When we were taking pictures of the house she was very particular in making sure she prepared each room to look it's best in order to get the best pictures. She was able to list the property within a day of taking the pictures and she was always there when I called or text her. In the rare case I needed to leave her a message she always responded the same day. We sold our house within 2 months. I would highly recommend Lisa if you are looking to buy or sell a home as she is very knowledgeable and always has a positive attitude.

She is very knowledgeable and knows the area very well. She answered all my phone calls and answered all my texts when ever i called and texted. Answered all my questions so patiently She even did the face time to show me the property when i was not able to travel from Jersey city to edison and was able to arrange the visit at later point of time. and even on the last day of the house closing when i didn't bring my car because it was a rainy day, she dropped me in jersey city from edison right infront of my apartment building. This itself shows how nice she is. You won't be disappointed if you choose LISA as your realtor. ***I would highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a nice realtor to buy a house***
